Cinnamon*, Orange*, Peppermint*, Black Peppercorn*, Thyme*, Elderflower*, Nettle*, Lemongrass

How to use

Add 1 TBS tea blend per 8oz water in a pot. Cover and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes. Strain, and add desired sweetener. Alternately, place 1 TBS of tea blend in a tea infuser sitting in a mug. Add 8oz water, let tea steep covered for 15 minutes.
