Beautiful smudge sticks, also called burn wands, made with local plants of Sage, Rosemary and Mugwort. For the colder season, we also have sticks made of Juniper, also known as Eastern Cedar. 

What is smudging? Smudging by definition plainly means the burning of plants, and the burning of plants has much significance through culture and time. 

Smudging is a versatile practice that can be used to help neutralize germs in the air of your home. In addition to the clearing of germs, smudging technique is used for healing, ceremony and cleansing in a wide range of traditions from Catholicism to Indigenous American practices. When smudging a space, it is best to crack a window to help move the air for clearing.
