Peace & Rest Tea releases tension and nudges the body to a more peaceful state. We like to have a batch on hand for easing and calming our woes and to sip before bedtime. Ingredients

Calendula Flower, Marshmallow Leaf, Linden Leaf and Flower, Oat Seed, Chamomile Flower, Rose Petal

How to use

Add 1 TBS tea blend per 8oz water in a pot. Cover and bring to a simmer; turn off burner and let steep covered for 15 minutes. Strain and drink. Alternately, place 1 TBS of each blend in a tea infuser sitting in a mug. Add 8 oz water, let tea steep covered for 15 minutes. Rest easy friends!
