INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 1/2 tablespoons RR&Co. Wild Greens & Citrus Oxymel
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup drained capers
- 1/3 red onion, shaved
- Fresh cracked pepper
- 1 can of albacore tuna, drained and flaked
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Mix in capers, red onion and pepper. Gently fold in tuna. Serve with crackers or on lettuce.
