INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium onion, sliced in rings
- 1 bunch of chard, ribs removed and chopped and greens coarsely chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp RR&Co. Heirloom Garlic Oxymel
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a 10 inch skillet, add ¼ cup of water and bring to a low simmer over medium high heat. Add onion rings and chopped chard stems, sparingly sprinkle with salt and steam for 3-4 minutes. Stir in chopped chard greens and simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring and cook just until chard greens are wilted. Remove from heat and finish with sea salt, pepper, 2 tsp olive oil and 2 tsp RR&Co. Heirloom Garlic Oxymel. Toss to incorporate.
