INGREDIENTS
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 TBS chives, chopped
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 TBS RR&Co Berries & Blooms Oxymel or RR&Co Wild Greens & Citrus Oxymel
- ½ tsp lime zest
- 1/8-1/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breast
- salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together orange juice, oxymel, and olive oil. Add in garlic, lime zest, onion, chives, and ginger. Pour over chicken and marinate 4 hours to overnight in the refrigerator. Before grilling sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Baste with remaining marinade while grilling. Grill according to cut and size of poultry.
