  • 3 ounces Tequila (omit for alcohol free)
  • 1.5 ounce RR&Co Ginger Apple Shrub
  • 1.5 ounces fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce Thyme Simple Syrup* 


In a shaker pour all ingredients. Add a few ice cubes. Shake. Prep a glass with ice and strain cocktail over the ice. Garnish with thyme and lemon. Cheers! 

*Thyme simple syrup: ¼ c water, ¼ c sugar, 1 tsp honey, 3 thyme sprigs

Heat water, sugar, and honey in a small saucepan until dissolved. Remove from heat, place a few thyme sprigs in warm mixture, cover for 30 minutes. Remove thyme from syrup. Strain, if needed, to remove leaves.
