Ingredients
- 12 oz Big Pippin Hard Cider with Ginger*
- 2 TBS Red Root & Co Blackberry Mint Shrub
- Splash of Elderflower Soda or Ginger Beer, to taste
- Squeeze of Lime Wedge
- Blackberries
Instructions
Add several blackberries along with 1 TBS of Red Root & Co Blackberry Mint Shrub to 2 copper mugs or similarly sized glasses muddle together. Fill with glasses with ice. Divide and pour in the Cider, and squeeze of Lime. Add Elderflower soda or Ginger beer and gently swirl it with a to mix. Garnish with blackberries. Serves 2.
*Substitute favorite mild ginger beer for hard cider
