- 12 oz Big Pippin Hard Cider with Ginger
- 2 TBS Red Root & Co Blackberry Mint Shrub
- Splash of Elderflower Soda or Ginger Beer, to taste
- Squeeze of Lime Wedge
- Blackberries to garnish
Fill 2 copper mugs or similarly sized glasses with ice. Divide and pour in the Cider, Red Root & Co. Blackberry Mint Shrub and squeeze of Lime. Add Elderflower soda or Ginger beer and gently swirl it with a to mix. Garnish with blackberries. Serves 2.
